Requirements
- BSc or BA degree, or equivalent graduated no later than June 2025
- A background in Business, Economics or Finance is beneficial but not a necessity.
- Passion for building relationships with finance professionals and a strong enthusiasm for learning within the financial services industry.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to effectively address client concerns and promote the usage of S&P Global Market Intelligence products.
- Available to join a cohort of new hires in September 2025
- Available to work a hybrid schedule in NY with two days a week in office.
Responsibilities
- Engaging directly with clients through phone calls, web chats, and emails after training.
- Training will encompass effective client communication, in-depth knowledge of data offerings, and group project presentations.
- Gaining insights into diverse customer segments and exploring additional S&P Global platforms.
- Completing mandatory certification exams and undergoing a comprehensive evaluation process to assess skills and capabilities.
