Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/FinTech or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Preferred experience working in administration management setting including various disciplines such as Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.
- Preferred platform experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), or Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates clear, succinct responses to client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) working in partnership with experts across the business.
- Manages proposal and DDQ responses end-to-end, working in both independently and in a team environment.
- Operating as Billing liaison within Clearance & Collateral Management via invoice calculations, reporting, service code generation, and audits.
- Effective communication to senior management on complex topics and the Treasury Market impacts, relaying the actionable information effectively to client facing, operations, and administration teams.
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
- Conduct analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities.
