Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a client-facing role in financial services or fintech
- Bachelor’s degree required; business, economics, or finance-related majors preferred
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable preparing materials for both internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Responsibilities
- Support strategic growth efforts by researching markets, identifying potential partners, and contributing to client pitches and outreach
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding, engagement, and success
- Analyze internal and external data to surface trends, opportunities, and strategic insights
- Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives and expansion opportunities
- Help improve and scale internal business development processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product offerings and client needs
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), report on business development efforts, and identify areas for improvement
