Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, business judgment and project management skills that result in the ability to work effectively with executive management and other employees, clients and vendors.

- Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and a member in good standing of at least one state bar
- Law degree from accredited law school
- Ability to work efficiently and proactively on multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Use analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills and good judgment to identify potential solutions to legal and other problems. Make and implement timely decisions independently or after consulting with management as appropriate.
- Provide representation for clients scheduled to appear before an Administrative Law Judge.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of scalable policies and procedures, administration, tracking, and templates.
- Appropriately escalating legal and business matters.
- Review client cases identifying candidates for On the Record (OTR) and Premier Hearing appropriateness
- Review ALJ and Appeals Council decisions and determine the viability of an appeal to the Appeals council or Federal District Court.
- Respond to questions, requests for information, and comments regarding the law and other office work product from in-house staff.
- Conducts legal research requested by management and responds to technical and legal questions.
- Respond to all issues involving a Better Business Bureau or Bar complaint. Work with in-house staff and client if necessary to avoid Better Business Bureau or Bar complaints wherever possible.
- Identify SSA, DDS, & ODAR services that may be used by the company to increase efficiency and service clients better.
- Draft pre-hearing, post-hearing, and/or Appellate briefs on behalf of Premier clients
- Assist with other Department functions as directed by Supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Social Security Administration desirable
