Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s or MBA strongly preferred)
  • 2–5+ years of business experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 1–3+ years with an advanced degree
  • Preferred background in digital/media analytics, either client- or agency-side
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 suite; strong data visualization and dashboard-building capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop recommendations and implications to guide Business Unit (BU) plans and drive business results
  • Promote the adoption of Analytics & Data Science (A&DS) methods that enable faster, smarter decision-making
  • Ensure full utilization of consumer, competitive, and category analytics to guide cross-functional strategies with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and PSO
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Test & control analysis (ANCOVA), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Predictive modeling and forecasting, Price and promotion simulation, Spend optimization and market structure interpretation
  • Engage in core business planning processes like Integrated Business Planning and Multi-Year Planning
  • Collaborate with A&DS teams to scale analytical capabilities and embed insights into key decision frameworks
