Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; 2-5+ years of overall experience in ad tech or digital advertising
- Agency Holding Company sales experience, SaaS, AdTech, Digital Media and senior level selling success
- 1-2 years experience in a sales or client-facing role
- Understanding of agency structures, motivations, and organizational needs, paired with the ability to align diverse products/solutions to unique use cases
- Exceptional sales, presentation, and communication skills, with expertise in discovery, objection handling, and closing deals with senior decision-makers
- Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling to key stakeholders across media, analytics, and finance disciplines
- Analytical thinker who thrives in navigating complex conversations and delivering impactful results
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million-dollar, long-term partnerships on a domestic and global scale
- A self-starter with robust prospecting, presentation, and relationship-building experience; fearless in asking challenging questions to achieve ambitious goals
- Thrives in high-pressure situations with a strong drive to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior agency and client leaders to secure buy-in, and unlock growth opportunities across key agency holding company partners and their clients
- Build relationships, lead agency mapping, and implement impactful stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives to boost revenue
- Partner cross-functionally to consistently exceed client expectations and ensure their needs are met with precision
- Represent our media solutions and amplify our position as an industry leader at conferences and events to secure new clients and elevate our presence
- Thrive in navigating complex and dynamic organizations across diverse industries, pitching tailored solutions that address clients’ budgets, marketing goals, and measurement requirements
- Conduct deep client research to personalize outreach and deliver compelling pitches that resonate.
