Responsibilities

  • oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
  • maintain a clean and organized stockroom
  • manage inventory levels and oversee in-store replenishment
  • communicate sell-through concerns with the Store Leader
  • manage damages, donations, returns, and product issues
  • communicate and train store associates on operational standards
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • oversee supply procurement and manage the budget
  • oversee the upkeep of in-store technology
  • assist in creating and implementing sales strategies
  • analyze sales data and reports to identify trends
  • maintain visual merchandising standards of the store
  • collaborate with the Store Leader to create a visually captivating store environment
  • update product displays and signage
  • maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • be responsible for store fixturing and maintenance
  • conduct regular stock checks and assist in replenishing merchandise
  • communicate with partners to share assortment, allocation, and logistics feedback
  • share weekly/monthly product focuses and goals
  • train Team Members on product knowledge
