Responsibilities
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- maintain a clean and organized stockroom
- manage inventory levels and oversee in-store replenishment
- communicate sell-through concerns with the Store Leader
- manage damages, donations, returns, and product issues
- communicate and train store associates on operational standards
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- oversee supply procurement and manage the budget
- oversee the upkeep of in-store technology
- assist in creating and implementing sales strategies
- analyze sales data and reports to identify trends
- maintain visual merchandising standards of the store
- collaborate with the Store Leader to create a visually captivating store environment
- update product displays and signage
- maintain a clean and organized store environment
- be responsible for store fixturing and maintenance
- conduct regular stock checks and assist in replenishing merchandise
- communicate with partners to share assortment, allocation, and logistics feedback
- share weekly/monthly product focuses and goals
- train Team Members on product knowledge
