Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including using basic formulas and creating pivot tables
- Flexibility in schedule, including late-night and weekend hours
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads
- Hire, coach and develop high-performing team members
- Drive results in specific focus areas or shifts
- Execute inventory management processes and deploy best practices
- Analyze data and make strategic recommendations regarding resource allocation and workflow
- Coach and empower the team to provide a high-quality customer experience
