Requirements

- Oversee the property’s slot operations, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Deliver guest service consistent with the company’s and property’s core service standards.
- Utilize strategies to engage employees, foster a positive work environment, resolve employee issues, and retain top performers.
- Manage team expectations and ensure compliance with company and departmental policies.
- Maintain and account for company equipment and sensitive keys during shifts.
- Support the Shift Manager with HR responsibilities, including training, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
