Requirements
- Previous Automotive Dealership Service department experience
- Excellent Teaching, Presentation, Time Management skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles & computer use
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager in directing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and the attainment of performance targets
- Train, develop & mentor Service Advisors & technical staff
- Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns
- Inspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality
- Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed
- Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty, receivables and service contracts
