Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a mechanic
- 1-2 years’ of previous supervisory experience
- Must demonstrate competency in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various engines and heavy equipment lines
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets
- The ability to train lower level employees
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming service calls for rental and customer owned units
- Dispatching and monitoring all field mechanics
- Overseeing all customer owned unit repairs in the field
- Assisting with processing parts orders for field service technicians
- Processing all warranty claims.
Preferred Qualifications
- Factory, Mechanical, or Vocational training is very beneficial!
- Mechanical/Supervisory experience in the industrial or heavy equipment fields is a plus!
- Warranty experience is desired.
