Requirements
- 1+ year of previous Rooms Division management experience required; Front Office and/or Housekeeping management experience highly preferred
- Experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Degree preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Bell/Door teams
- Collaborate with the Director of Front Office, Director of Housekeeping, and Hotel Manager on all operational functions, programs, assignments, and hotel activities as deemed necessary to support the business
- Review and analyze guest engagement scores and trends in Medallia
- Review guest profiles, with the aim of creating a personalized experience
- Review daily activity, inclusive but not limited to arrivals, departures, in-house itineraries, etc. with the aim of delivering on all guest expectations
- Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs
