Requirements
- Bachelor or masters of Science in Cell/Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related biomedical fields
- Excellent interpersonal skills and patience
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an active member of an integrated team
- Demonstrable written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and handling cell cultures and mice
- Molecular and cell biology techniques as dictated by project needs (i.e. plasmid cloning, Western blots, immunofluorescence staining)
- Assisting with general laboratory maintenance
- Detailed record keeping and adherence to protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of wet lab bench experience is preferred, but not required
