Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or in pursuit in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in an organization
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all project sites
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, community members, and regulatory agencies
  • Track project expenses, review cost reports, and manage project budgets to optimize profitability
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource management strategies
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including field staff, engineers, and support personnel
  • Ability to work onsite and manage field crews
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development
