Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or in pursuit in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in an organization
- Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all project sites
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, community members, and regulatory agencies
- Track project expenses, review cost reports, and manage project budgets to optimize profitability
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource management strategies
- Lead and motivate project teams, including field staff, engineers, and support personnel
- Ability to work onsite and manage field crews
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development
