Requirements
- Three (3) or more years of program experience (preferably in community engagement, art education and/or hospitality)
- Three (3) or more years of physical classroom, studio or facility experience
- Two (2) or more years of experience in marketing community engagement events to a targeted audience and graphic design experience utilizing Adobe Suite and/or Mac equipment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Previous experience of working within a high-profile corporate environment preferable
- Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
- Pro-active and hands on – happy to support other Team members
- Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude
- Ability to show initiative
Responsibilities
- Supervise Program Delivery Coordinator(s) in Lab oversite, calendar management and customer experience
- Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction at scale through the holistic upkeep and supply management of the Expressions Lab and other Expressions spaces
- Support Program Delivery Manager(s) and Program Delivery Coordinator(s) with scheduling and coordination of events including setup, teardown and staffing
- Deliver successful art programming in a large-scale corporate environment inclusive of team buildings, pop-up events and workshops
- Support Program Delivery Manager(s) to develop engaging internal communications for the program including informal program promotion, in-person posters and newsletter execution
- Support delivery of additional programming that occurs outside of dedicated Expressions spaces
- Track and document key metrics, customer success measures for improvement related to programming, maintenance and events
- Utilize shared file systems and document storage in accordance with JLL and GREF direction
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as needed to preserve standardized methodology to support Global scaling
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience of working within a high-profile corporate environment preferable
- Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
