Requirements
- MD degree from a recognized accredited university (or foreign equivalent)
- Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
- Well trained in all aspects of general, clinical cardiology
- Completed an Advanced Fellowship in Heart Failure
- BC/BE in Cardiovascular Diseases
- BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure
Responsibilities
- Inpatient and outpatient evaluation and management of patients referred for transplant evaluation
- Post-transplant care
- VAD management
- Long-term follow-up of non-transplant patients with advanced heart failure
- Perform procedures including endomyocardial biopsy and cardiac catheterization
