- Completed a Ph.D. in Finance by September 1, 2026
- Active research program with demonstrated potential to publish high quality research in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong commitment to engaged teaching
- Commitment to innovation and demonstrated excellence in using technology in the classroom
- Ability to teach at either the Fairfield and/or Bridgeport campus in person and online
- Service to the department, school of business, university, community, and profession is expected
