Requirements
- Candidates must have a terminal degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Architecture (M.ARCH. or Ph.D.)
- Five (5) years teaching experience at the college level in the undergraduate and/or graduate levels of instruction.
- Experience in teaching should include instruction in courses and seminars involving construction operations, management techniques, scheduling, budgetary concepts, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer Aided Design, energy efficiency, and sustainability in the construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in construction science, management, or architecture. The master’s degree can be in a related field such as preservation or business administration.
- Certifications in construction project management and/or LEED is highly recommended in order to address current topics in the industry.
- Ten (10) years teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels in construction science or management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years of employment in the construction industry that includes a broad portfolio of work including a clear demonstration of managing construction of buildings and professional experience in addressing project design issues, energy efficiency, and facilities audits is preferred.
