Requirements
- BSN from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state FL licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
- Professional certification as a Case Manager (CCM)
- 3 years or more of acute care nursing experience
- 2 years or more of care management or transitional care planning experience.
- Previous supervisory experience.
