Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in merchandising or retail, ideally within a fast-paced, omnichannel environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to help inform product decisions.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to execute merchandising strategies and meet objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and present merchandising recommendations.
• A keen interest in fashion, current market trends, and consumer preferences to contribute insights for product assortments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the product merchandising strategy by analyzing customer trends and ensuring products align with consumer preferences and sales goals across all channels.
• Monitor market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to identify product opportunities and improvements within the merchandising strategy.
• Help manage the lifecycle of key items and franchise products from concept through execution, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, sales, and production, to support the development and launch of products that align with the brand’s messaging and positioning.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and ensuring that the product assortment is aligned with consumer demand and sales targets.
• Help compile and analyze product performance data, assisting in developing reports and recommendations for future product offerings.
