Requirements
- Four-year college degree
- Experience coaching at the Division I level
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and function effectively within a team setting
Responsibilities
- Assist head coach with team practices and competitions
- Assist with the planning, organizing, and implementing team practice
- Assist with recruitment at home and on the road
- Assist with team needs assigned by the head coach or other staff members
- Assist with communication with Champion Performance team
- Manage and organize equipment along with managers
- Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission
- Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner
