Requirements
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation to ensure efficiency and accept full responsibility for the department in the absence of the manager and director
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
- Make recommendations to the manager in regards to the hiring and discipline of staff
- Responsible for the training of all employees in the operation
- Ensure timely completion and resolution of timekeeping and payroll issues, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, maintain efficient scheduling, staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of management or supervisor experience is preferred
