Requirements
- 3+ years minimum experience
- Must be able to paint a comprehensive picture of findings that will be a catalyst for positive change
- The ability to effectively communicate is the key to success
- Knowledge of retail math/retail analytics and basic Inventory Management
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (vlookups, embedded formulas, pivot tables, and report building are a must), ability to build macros and query database
- Able to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis (interest in data mining helps). This includes intensive data building
- Strong team player
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize all deadlines in an accelerated environment
- Focus on solutions, drive change, and thrive in a quick moving, evolving startup culture
- Must be able to work in office setting. Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze topline, category, and location-level sales data alongside inventory levels to identify replenishment needs for North American wholesale retailers—aiming to drive sales growth, reduce returns, and maintain optimal weeks of supply (WOS).
- Produce weekly reports and conduct comparative analyses of sales performance by retailer, franchise, and product category to uncover insights, assess risks, and identify growth opportunities, highly proficient in NetSuite and Looker.
- Manage sales-to-stock ratios, partner with retailers on reorders and returns. Oversee inventory flow including phase-ins, phase-outs, discontinuations, and limited-life SKUs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams to develop retail sales strategies, including bottoms-up SKU-level planning and account-level open-to-buy (OTB) planning.
- Partner with Demand Planning to align sell-in forecasts with dashboard KPIs, ensuring consistency across demand, supply, and financial targets.
- Build strong partnerships with Supply Chain to support shipment tracking and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Own and manage New Door Opening profiles.
- Maintain close cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, e-commerce, planning, education, field, and marketing teams, support account teams in retailer-facing meetings.
- Collaborate on ad hoc reporting efforts to address evolving business needs.
