Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience a Merchandising role or similar exposure within a CPG/ E-commerce company (beauty-preferred)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon storefronts and product listings (preferred) Amazon UK experience a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively across departments, and fostering a positive, flexible, and solutions-driven attitude
- Curious, proactive, and demonstrating a keen interest in understanding E-commerce and the Beauty industry
- Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team
- Highly organized and detailed oriented, able to manage several tasks and due dates at once
Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising efforts across all product listings and brand stores for Amazon UK as well as support of the Amazon US business
- Execute strong brand presence and narrative across all Amazon listings and brand stores. Create an immersive online shopping experience effectively communicating the brand’s values and product offerings.
- Implement Brand Store strategy in partnership with Associate Director of Merchandising, aligning with regional and Global efforts and optimizing as needed.
- Walk the store on a weekly basis identifying opportunities for improvement or revisions.
- Execute new product launches on time for UK and with customer first POV.
- Own and manage the Marketing Calendar for Amazon UK in partnership with Assistant Manager, Amazon Merchandising and Americas marketing team
- Working closely with various cross functional teams including Creative, Amazon Operations and DTC Merchandising Team.
- Focus on improving key performance metrics including conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and basket building.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to optimize listings for SEO, ensuring continuous implementation of effective strategies to enhance search visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Develop and oversee creative briefs for high-volume events and core re-support campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
- Follow calendarization of asset refresh needs, over-arching brand messaging, coordinating with creative teams to gather necessary elements in a timely manner.
- Assist in the building and development of UK Amazon channel in partnership with international team, Amazon internal teams, and regional teams.
- Initiate and manage Amazon support cases to efficiently resolve product listing discrepancies and ensure accurate product visibility.
- Partner effectively with external Amazon team to troubleshoot and solve issues, improve customer journey, and foster strong relationship.
- Provide Brand Registry support to resolve counterfeit and grey market disputes, safeguarding brand integrity.
