Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience and training; or equivalent education and experience.
- HVAC/EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
- Weekend and on-call availability
Responsibilities
- Schedule all make-ready vendor work in partnership with the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist in scheduling and supervising all in-house and vendor work.
- Diagnose problems and repair areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural, and appliance.
- Assist in coordinating and executing Preventative Maintenance inspections per company policy.
- Provide leadership and direction for maintenance employees in coordination with Service Manager.
- Answer all maintenance-related calls.
- Oversee general replacement or repair of general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement.
- Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service, custodial, and grounds departments.
- Assist in annual budget preparation.
- Assist in interviewing process for any potential service, custodial or grounds personnel.
- Train custodial or grounds personnel.
- Assist in the disciplinary or promotional recommendations required for all service, custodial and grounds personnel.
- Ensure timely, efficient response to service requests make-readies.
- Assist at other AMLI properties as needed.
