Responsibilities
- Help run the restaurant smoothly every day — that means keeping an eye on the budget, staff scheduling, managing supplies, and making sure guests have a great experience.
- Support the General Manager with planning and hitting business goals like sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Be involved in hiring, training, and supporting the staff. Make sure everyone works well together, feels valued, and follows company rules and laws.
- Walking property F&B outlets daily, meeting with Senior Managers to transfer duties.
