Requirements
- A proven track record of managing and developing large teams in operations or service-based environments.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Service Industry Business Owner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
