Requirements

  • A proven track record of managing and developing large teams in operations or service-based environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Service Industry Business Owner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
