Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
- One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in food & beverage
- Must be fluent in English
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States
Responsibilities
- Help oversee the EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees
- Be visible in the operation and provide recognition
- Promote positive public relations and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests
- Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
