Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
  • One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in food & beverage
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Help oversee the EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees
  • Be visible in the operation and provide recognition
  • Promote positive public relations and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests
  • Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
