Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets.
- Assist with food and beverage inventory and order supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support and supervise an effective self-inspection program.
- Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions.
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operations are running smoothly.
