Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
- Order F&B supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms as needed
- Supervise daily F&B shift operations and ensure compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures
- Support and supervise an effective monthly self-inspection program
- Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operations are running smoothly
