Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in MS office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to independently make critical decisions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve with attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the donor experience
  • Assist in the planning of, and as assigned, on-site coordination of logistical details
  • Coordinate with team members for reviews and approvals of stewardship initiatives
  • Develop, implement and maintain communication plans for office colleagues and external vendors
  • Facilitate logistics of event production and program meetings
  • Provide coordination of assigned event elements and general office support
  • Provide day-to-day logistical planning and coordination of general production duties for university events
  • To perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous UT experience
  • 5 years of student centric event experience
  • 3 years of project management experience
  • Event management experience supporting multiple large events
