Requirements
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a server in a fine dining establishment
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Works varied shifts to include holidays and weekends
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Guide guests through all phases of their experience
- Exhibit proper knowledge and service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages as well as menu items of every course
- Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management
- Item bills correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations
- Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Work as a team and assist all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries
