Requirements
- 3-5 years Body Shop experience
- Teaching – skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job
- Presentation skills – ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
- Time Management – manage one’s own time and time of others
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the activities of all Body Shop staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and the attainment of Lithia’s performance targets
- Assist in the hiring, training and development of all Body Shop personnel
- Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, friendly and prompt manner
- Inspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality
- Ensure all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed
- Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty and receivables
