Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position
- Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, to include overnight shift, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple beverage outlets, aligning with departmental goals and service standards
- Ensure smooth and cost-effective operations, including scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
- Support management by overseeing assigned shifts to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Coordinate requisitions and restocking of beverage outlets to help drive revenue
- Guide and support team members, optimizing schedules and overall performance
- Communicate operational challenges and offer solutions to improve service and efficiency
