Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Audio Investor & Audio Investor with day-to-day administrative duties
- Order & confirm orders
- Handle makegoods
- Monitor placement of scheduled spots
- Maintain added value and billing reconciliation
- Learn & understand media terminology
- Review & understand buying guideline (goals & objectives) with Investor
- Implement work-related goals established by investor/brand team on behalf of clients
- Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners
- Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system
- Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post buy in small markets/on accounts
