Requirements
- Terminal degree in human resources management, business, management, leadership, or law
- Experience teaching online preferred
- Record of teaching and service excellence
- Demonstrated ability to teach a wide range of undergraduate and graduate HRM and/or management-oriented courses
- SHRM certification and JD degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach 4 courses (3 credit hours) each semester
- Advise and mentor students
- Continue to develop expertise through research and scholarship
- Participate in faculty governance and campus life
- Engage in curriculum development and related administrative activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching online
- Record of teaching and service excellence
- SHRM certification
