Asset & Wealth Management – HNW Models Strategist – Analyst

2-3 years direct experience working at a Registered Investment Advisor, wealth manager, wealth-tech company, or asset manager focused on third-party distribution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think synthetically
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working across multiple teams, including sales, investing, engineering, and marketing
Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and comfort with ambiguity

Work closely alongside the Enterprise Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Large Market RIA sales teams to drive our distribution strategy
Partner with client portfolio managers and product specialist teams including model portfolios, ETFs, and Alternatives teams. Support key business development activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and day-to-day relationship management
Support direct engagement with RIA clients and tech platforms. Help organize and synthesize feedback to inform our commercial strategy
Track and analyze key business metrics and KPIs, and deliver insights that help shape strategy and highlight growth opportunities
Monitor trends in wealth management, wealth-tech, and managed accounts. Help identify emerging technologies, competitor moves, and areas of strategic risk or opportunity
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnerships, contributing to strategic discussions around investments
