Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (ex. Outlook, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
- Ability to work with stakeholders and across business lines
- Experience in marketing, sales and/or customer service preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, records and reports to help maintain, organize and track data and information as necessary
- Perform database maintenance and analysis
- Prepare meeting agendas and presentations
- Take, transcribe and publish meeting notes
- Manage the scheduling process for our clients and financial advisors
- Develop functional documentation on current and proposed processes, including workflows and procedures
- Serve as liaison between Goldman Sachs Ayco & our institutional and individual prospective SurvivorSupport® clients
- Perform time-sensitive tasks related to the daily operations of the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in marketing, sales and/or customer service preferred
