Requirements
- 5+ years in asset protection or security management
- Strong leadership, investigation, and systems expertise
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead asset protection strategy and execution across retail sites
- Investigate theft, fraud, and integrity violations; partner with law enforcement
- Oversee audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
- Manage security systems, vendors, and budgets
- Deliver training and support incident response
Preferred Qualifications
- Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/military service preferred
