Requirements
- High School diploma or the equivalent five years related experience or training
- SAP or similar software system experience
- Intermediate skills operating a computer in a Windows based environment is recommended
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two at fault accidents or violations in the last three years
- Must be able to work in a drug free environment
Responsibilities
- Assure the market’s VMI services meet and exceed customer expectations
- Manage customer deliverable, cost reduction reporting, execute and deliver Total Cost of Ownership documents
- Assure accounts are orderly and aesthetically pleasing
- Prospect leads provided from the sales team to enhance sales and profitability of products
- Collaborate with Branch Managers & ABOCs to assure supporting inventory levels are met for VMI programs
- Lead, coach and mentor VMI associates; this will include positive motivation and performance evaluation, coaching, providing regular feedback, communication of goals, leading regular team meetings and calls
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two or more years in business to business sales or supply chain/ inventory management is preferred
