Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
- Two (2) years related experience
- 12 months of experience with drafting and auditing Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures in a complex and multi-risk environment
- 12 months of experience leading a manufacturing team of operators and technicians through performance management, training and problem solving
- 12 months of experience in high speed manufacturing, process improvement and optimization through technical problem-solving capabilities for a 24/7 operation
- 12 months of experience coordinating and allocating appropriate skillset utilization to perform corrective and preventative maintenance in tandem with production schedules
- Experience using SAP application to plan preventative maintenance cycles and maintenance outages
- Experience with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocol application in a food safety environment and regulation application experience
Responsibilities
- Leading a front-line manufacturing team during an Autonomous Operations transition
- Leading a Safety Culture transition from a reactive mindset to an interdependent mindset
- Drafting and auditing Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures in a complex and multi-risk environment
- Coordinating corrective and preventative maintenance with maintenance technicians, line improvement technician, and reliability manager
- Acting as front-line manager and supervising approximately 12 production operators and maintenance technicians
- Responsible for Safety, Quality, and Production of two Packaging lines on designated shift
- Owning team’s development through upskilling and on the job experiences
- Learning brewing and packaging processes through hands-on training
- Leading and coaching teams through solving problems and monitoring of key operating processes and equipment utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology
- Promoting and encouraging safe working practices
- Becoming a qualified beer taster to ensure the quality of products
- Managing highly automated, complex processes in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Identifying areas to improve operations in order to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets
- Working with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives and change efforts
- Developing, monitoring, and maintaining production plans, inventories, and schedules
- Using SAP application to plan preventative maintenance cycles and maintenance outages
