Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like Jive, SharePoint, or Confluence.
- Basic understanding of enterprise architecture principles and standards (e.g., TOGAF or similar).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a globally dispersed team.
- Experience in supporting governance or architecture-related activities.
- Familiarity with compliance tracking and risk reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Responsibilities
- Organize governance activities, facilitate meetings, and document architecture reviews.
- Collaborate to ensure architectural practices comply with policies and governance requirements.
- Assist in assessing architectural maturity, identify gaps, and support implementation of changes.
- Record meeting outcomes and publish updates for stakeholder clarity.
- Track adherence to governance processes and report risks; monitor compliance improvements.
- Collect feedback to enhance governance practices and share industry insights.
