Responsibilities
- Collections focus on named managed/national MRC Global accounts
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key accounts
- Analyze large data sets to find solutions to complex issues
- Research issues contributing to collection problems
- Understand customers’ accounting systems to modify data transfer
- Make collection calls to delinquent managed account customers
- Arrange and follow-up payment schedules
- Review daily payment discrepancy notices
- Work with customers and service centers to resolve discrepancies
- Focus on resolving issues for managed accounts
- Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illnesses
- Other departmental duties or projects as assigned
