Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional/post-graduation experience in supporting business and financial software applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or other relevant field
  • Internal application support experience with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Teams
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people across the globe
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and with a sense of urgency while juggling multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a global team covering our suite of financial and HRMS applications
  • Apply technical knowledge across various types of systems and suggest improvements and best practices
  • Action production support and functional requests of our recruitment and e-learning systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system processes and production issues
  • Provide day-to-day production support to users with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal applications and support similar initiatives based on an aggressive business growth plan

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills are highly desired
  • Knowledge of ERP, HRIS or learning management systems is a plus
