A&P Technician

Associate’s degree and 6+ years of mechanical assembly, mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting/repair & overhaul (MRO), or Return to Service (RTS) of engines, modules, and components; OR 2-year post high school training and 6+ years of relevant industry experience; OR 8+ years of hands-on relevant industry experience.
U.S. citizenship is required for this position; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access and handle sensitive data required to support our government and military programs.

Perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment.
Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
Manage technical products, services logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers.
Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
Work overtime or extended shifts as needed, with expected travel up to 25%.
Complete a pre-employment FAA drug screen as part of the FAA Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.

Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management
Licensed Airframe & Powerplant (A&P Certificate)
Powerplant experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC) engines
Airframe experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC) powered aircraft
Shop/Bench inspection, assembly and refurbishment experience
Experience with the inspection of engine parts refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, modules and components
Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience – rigging, R&I, MRP’s, aircraft interface
