Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Airframe & Powerplant License
- Associate’s degree (or other 2 year post High School Training) with a minimum of 8 years experience with the inspection of engine parts, refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and Return to Service of engines, modules, and components
- Prior PW300, PW500, and JT15D shop experience
- US Citizenship is required due to government contract.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of duties, including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications
- Manage technical products, services, logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications
- Serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer’s organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Shop/Bench refurbishment experience
- P&WC powered Airframe experience
- Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management preferred
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience – rigging, R&I, MRP’s, aircraft interface
- Customer service skills
- There is up to 25% travel, for this role.
