Responsibilities
- Responsible for training staff on all aspects of Kennel, CRS, or Technician roles.
- Ensure team is using proper protocols and procedures when handling pets, and working with clients.
- Ability to learn and understand hospital flow, client appointment scheduling and employee/doctor scheduling in order to maximize hospital opportunities.
- Ability to maintain the hospital’s client service standards.
- Organizing and/or participating in all team meetings is required.
- Oversight over completion of daily, weekly, or monthly hospital task lists.
- A general understanding of hospital financial goals.
- This role may be involved in employee scheduling, hospital billing and financial processes, as well as addressing client concerns.
