Analytical Chemist II

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field required.
3+ years of experience in Chemistry related position required.
Self-starter must be able to work independently with minimum supervision or direction.
Good problem-solving skills, ability to think outside of the box and be able to follow the product development processes.
Strong grasp of complex scientific principles spanning from analytical chemistry.
Excellent documentation, data management and calculation skills.
Ability to design scientific experiments to understand and resolve technical challenges.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, in a team-oriented environment.

Track, troubleshoot, and identify the root cause for product issues escalated to chemistry/engineering from manufacturing, sales and support teams.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing team on chemistry related matters.
Support driving documentation of products including datasheets, manuals, and procedures.
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and processes.
Design/modify test fixtures, data acquisition system etc.
Support the design and testing of new products.
Work safely and in accordance with company EHS policies.
