Requirements
- College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of Catia V5 software
- Good knowledge of functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing
- Experience in Enovia V6 / PLM work environment
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of gas turbine test cells
Responsibilities
- You will model parts, mechanisms, and assemblies of test equipment
- You will produce manufacturing and assembly drawings
- You will take part to design reviews
- You will be responsible for defining fit, form and function of designed parts
- You will consider requirements in terms of environment, health, and safety
- You will optimize producibility and manufacturing costs
- You will develop alternative solutions to problems and provide recommendations to project engineers
- You will ensure that internal standards and lessons learned are incorporated into new projects
