Requirements
- Education or experience inclusive of analytics, business, marketing, statistics, communications, or related fields are required.
- Well organized and collaborative.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to use data to help build narratives.
- Passion for general entertainment, culture, and sport is a must… absolute plus to be a fan of the UFC and/or WWE.
- Strategic thinker.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing the performance of TKO programs and talent (among others with the Endeavor eco-system) across the linear and digital eco-system.
- Understanding and assessing consumer behavior towards media, talent, brands, sports, and events.
- Providing social media insights and analysis.
- Lean into to help support EA team members when help is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Curiosity for programming languages/tools (i.e. Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
